𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟮𝟴𝟴The thick pork slices came pre-cooked, so the pot was really just to keep the meat warm for maximum enjoyment. The waiter told us that we could refill the lettuce once for free, but we didn’t even need it.

Served alongside sweet potato fries, prawn crackers and zesty pickled radish, a key feature of their fried chickens is that they don’t use any dressings to minimize oil. Instead, they sprinkle and marinate each piece in their secret powder for that perfect crunch and flavor. We went for the honey yogurt option - a touch of sweetness with a hint of chili. Yum!
