After going on an exchange in Europe, I have been exposed to Mexican food 🌯and since then I could never get rid of that. I have been searching for that taste and looking for restaurants in which they could offer the BEST NACHOS in TOWN😋. My friend recommended me to have a BRUNCH here before and we tried the NACHOS and TACOS here, which are always super yum and authentic💞. My friend recommended me to have a BRUNCH here before and we tried the NACHOS and TACOS here, which are always super yum and authentic💞. You could see from the photos below, they got:
- A SUPER BIG PLATE;
- EPIC AMOUNT of CHEESE;
- HUGE AMOUNT OF GUACAMOLE.
The plates are super large and even two of us could not finish the whole thing together with glasses of margarita.
But we though the sour cream was not enough for the large plate.
And, we love the BEEF NACHOS here more than the COYOTE SIGNATURE NACHOS as the BEEF cubes are huge and more tasty (COYOTE NACHOS: chicken and beans).

Having heard from a sponsored post in Facebook and Instagram offered by the restaurant, they are having a lunch buffet from 12noon to 3PM with HKD$128 (excluding 10% service charge) and unlimited supply of iced lemon tea within the period. Being an avocado lover and a fan of NACHOS, why don't I try the buffet here😚?
(P.S. Lunch Buffet only available from MONDAY to FRIDAY, at 12noon to 3PM)
They do NOT accept reservation for lunch buffet which means that you have to WALK-IN for the dining.
When I stepped into the restaurant, they got LUNCH BUFFET on 1/F and normal menu dining on G/F.
There are nearly more than 50 seats on 1/F, and there were appro. 6 people inside having their buffet already at 12.02PM.
When my boyfriend came, almost half of the seats were occupied with mostly businessmen and office ladies coming at 12.15PM😱. When we were having our lunch, all seats were filled but people left directly after finishing 3-4 plates of the food.
CHOICES of MEXICAN food include:
- SOFT and CRISPY tortilla wraps;
- NACHOS chips;
- Mexican RICE;
- Mashed POTATO;
- Garlic Bread;
- QUESADILLA (only cheese inside);
- HOT WINGS;
- BBQ RIBS;
- CHICKEN BREAST;
- CHEESY Minced BEEF;
- Pulled PORK;
- PRAWNS;
- FRIED FISH;
- BEANS;
- Fresh ORGANIC GUAC;
- CHEESE sauce;
- SOUR CREAM;
- TOMATOES;
- JANAPENOS;
- SALADS;
- SOUP;
- BROCCOLI and CAULIFLOWER;
- CHICKEN Salad Wrap;
- BROWNIES;
- FRUITS
As you could see above, they did offer a lot of food choices though only a few tables were there.
I would say this lunch buffet is totally WORTH TRYING and you could mix and match all those you love together.
I ate two plates of NACHOS with a lot of cheesy sauce🧀, GUAC and SOUR CREAM (this time was more than enough). Though the satisfaction is not as big as the large plate served in the normal menu, you could have your own meat combination and add your fav toppings and sauce without charging you extra money.
The meat there was more than sufficient for those who love eating meat and beef. I would recommend the BBQ ribs and also the WINGS as they are super yum and the taste is very unique.
The MOST delicious thing must go to: FRESH ORGANIC AVOCADO paste!🙌🏻
It matches with everything in the lunch buffet, no matter you are having it with meat, with prawns🍤, with chips or even without any food. It is really FRESH and different from those coming in the local supermarkets, or even other Mexican restaurants in HONG KONG. Really EPIC!❤️
As the staff would keep on adding the food from the kitchen, you could enjoy the freshly made avocado sauce as many as you want. The staff would keep refilling iced lemon tea for you and they removed used plates quickly.
All in all, I love Coyote Lunch Buffet and would probably go there when I got a break from work.❤️
