I have had other chargrilled beef tongues before, but nothing can compare to this tender, juicy, decadent delicacy full of umami. The spring onion sauce got so much flavor in it, yet it didn't override the meatiness of the wagyu tongue. Tho it maybe a bit too salty to healthy eaters, but for me, it was PERFECT!

The high quality pork from Iberico had rich umami by itself, but the meat was slightly overcooked and the seasoning couldn't penetrate well enough into the meat. The outside was grilled to have nice charred crisp tho.

Don't underestimate its flavor by its simple look! The fish broth was filled with dried seafood and each grain of rice has picked up all the essence from it. The portion was huge as well, which is definitely enough to be shared by two ppl or even more.

Runny black sesame paste was hiding underneath the silky tofu pudding and the sesame crisp. Would say it's a nice dessert if the bean Curd wasn't having the mild greasy flavor.
