We arrived early on a Friday night after a drink at Amoy Pub, just before 7pm and there were a few tables left. It was perfect timing as the place was completely full within 10 minutes of our arrival. The queue was starting to form by 7.30pm.We followed suggestions by other reviewers and showed the pictures from openrice to the waiters and we were not disappointed. Roast chicken - amazing. The skin was crispy and the flesh very juicy and full of flavour. The best we've had in Hong Kong.

Clams with spicy sauce - very good.

The table next to us were having delicious looking pork chops. The diners saw that we were looking at their food and kindly offered us to try. The pork chops were great - definitely will order next time.

Steamed vegetables and fried rice were also good and the salt and pepper squid was very tender.

The atmosphere was very vibrant with large tables of families and friends out for dinner enjoying a few drinks. The waiters were all very friendly and helpful and put up with our lack of Cantonese.

The price was very reasonable for the quality of food. We had 5 dishes between 3 of us and a few bottles of Blue Girl and it was around 200HKD per head.

This is a great place and we will definitely come ack.
