Vietnamese is my favourite cuisine and nobody does it better than Luke Nguyen. All the cocktails are designed by his brother Leroy Nguyen. I had the Rice paper rolls with chargrilled tiger prawn, pomelo & green mango, Wagyu beef pho, and Banana Fritters with coconut sago & coconut ice cream. Everything was SO DELICIOUS! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the smells coming out of the kitchen made me so hungry! The service staff were really friendly and warm. They made sure I was happy without being too overbearing. I'll be back to Moi Moi soon!
