Came by here to try their "dim sum" desserts. Their savory combo now allows us to choose Blossoming chocolate by adding $28, which is much less expensive than its original price $68 so for those who haven't tried it, this would be a nice offer.However, the croissant of this savory dish was a bit disappointing. I have tried their original croissant which had a lovely flakiness to it. However, maybe due to reheating it, the croissant lost all of its flakiness. For the desserts, I tried Har Gau and

For the desserts, I tried Har Gau and Siu Mai, which were quite realistic. Try the Har Gau first as the Siu Mai is quite sweet, which I will tell more later.

The vanilla and lime mousse mixed so well the peachy flavors inside and you can easily finish the dessert due to its light flavors.

For the Siu Mai, the ratio of the chocolate to pear gellee was too high(besides chocolate mousse, there was chocolate biscuit and cake inside). The pats where you were able to eat both parts were great but the pear gellee was too little to balance out the whole chocolate dessert.
