Recently visited Floom Floom, which had taken the internet by storm when they opened, with their imaginative way of presenting pasta and their wide range of instagrammable drinks.The pumpkin pasta with spinach chicken roll was super delicious, the lovely pumpkin cream is served as the “ice cream” they placed upside down with a waffle cone on top! The parma ham, burrata cheese french toast for me has to be one of its highlights. Can’t believe burrata cheese works so well with the cured parma ham, coupled with the maple syrup glazed french toast, this dish is certainly sinful, but should be good for any cheat days! It’s such a comfort food.
Their croffle line is also new on the menu, and I’ve tried out the sweet one, which includes mixed berries, cream cheese and croffle, the hybrid of croissant and waffle works majestically!
