Basic requirement, the meat is tender and juicy. What makes it magical is the coating. When you eat this, it reminds you one of the traditional dish “Chinese Caramel Banana”. The coating is not only crispy but it marries with the sauce and when you dig out a piece from the plate, there is like a maltose floss pulling you back. It melts in the mouth and lasts so so so long.
