We have gone to this restaurnat last Saturday and ordered drinks, noodles and one 煎酿四宝 to share. the quality of food is not that outstanding but the most important thing is the quality of service and the attitude of the staff is the most worse I have ever experienced.The 煎酿四宝 was cold and hard. We have asked a staff to reheat it but we were told that they don't have mirowave to reheat the food. Afterwards, a staff gave us a bowl of hot soup and told us to put 煎酿四宝 in the hot soup if we want

Afterwards, a staff gave us a bowl of hot soup and told us to put 煎酿四宝 in the hot soup if we want the eat them warm. No one will eat 煎酿四宝 in a soup and this is totally ridiculous.
Since we love to eat this very much. One of my friend therefore went to the small shop opposite to buy the hot 煎酿四宝 and share with us. I was so surprised that the lady who is sitting at the cashier come to us and ask us to stop eating the food we bought outside very impolitely because there was a notice put on the wall that we cannot eat outside food in this restaurant.
I told her that it was because your food quality is so bad that we feel not satisfy and therefore use extra money to bought food outside to satisfy ourselves.
the lady did not apologize to us and solve our complaint but insist to stop us eating the outside food. she is willing to waive the money of the 煎酿四宝 which we complaint cold and come to us twice and ask us to stop eating.
Actually I don't care she waived the money $15 or not but it is the quality of food, staff attitude and service that this restaurant need to improve. Otherwise, they will lose all their business in the not long future.
I have asked all my friends not to go to this restaurant as they did not deserve to have the business.
