I booked a table for a Saturday lunch at 12:00 noon via TableMap.  It was good that this restaurant offered a total of 100 points for the booking. Though I went them alone, I was given a private room with seaview to enjoy the meal.  The table could accommodate a total of 4 people.  The waiter was nice and friendly.  He patiently served me and introduced each dish one by one to me. The price for the lunch set is $198 for 3 courses and $238 for 4 courses.  Since I would like to try most of the dis

The price for the lunch set is $198 for 3 courses and $238 for 4 courses.  Since I would like to try most of the dishes as far as possible, I chose the 4 course menu.

Two kinds of bread was offered.  The bread was hot and and crispy, and was served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Since the waiter said that no tuna was served today, the dish was replaced by the one which was usually offered for dinning - Scallop carpaccio

Scallop carpaccio - it contained Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, celery fennel cucumber, passion frunt & lime dressing.  It has a mixture of slight sweet (given by the passion frunit) & sour taste (lime dressing). The sliced scallop was soft and was delicious.  The taste was well-balanced and appertizing and it did a good job as a starter!

Potato and leek soup with Hiroshima Oyster

It was good that no cream was added to the soup.  The soup was delicious, especially the small potato cubes which were fried and gave a slightly salty favour.  The oyster was soft, but with a taste of seawater which existed for those imported from Hiroshima.  [The imported were not comparable with the ones I had in Hiroshima!!!]

Since I preferred duck to other meats, I chose france duck confit with onion confit mix salade (It was a little bit pity that my phone was out of battery and could not take a photo of the dishes that I appreciated the most!!)

The duck meat inside was very very soft, but had a crispy outer skin.  The taste was very good.  Although it was cooked in a confit, it did not feel oily.  It was accompanied with onion confit (with a little sweet taste) and potote mash mixed black truffle, and these two complement well with the duck meat!  Well done!!!

Since I did not eat sugary food, I chose a selection of cheese. [My phone gained some electricity so I could take the following photos]

Seven kinds with a mixture of light to strong flavour, with raspberry jam  and crackers were served.  The portion of this dish was a lot.  I was happy to take this chance to taste so many kinds of cheese at the same.  The light flavour ones could be eaten alone, and the strong ones were better served with jam and crackers.

About six kinds of herb tea were offered.  I have forgotten the tea I selected.  What I could remember was that this ended the meal nicely.

For this price level, level of service, environment, and the dishes offered, I consider this restaurant highly valuable and I would definitely visit there again, and again!!  I have already missed their food!
