To celebrate the opening of Smokehouse Bar & Grill, renowned American chef Jay McCarthy – an expert in hearty Texas-style cooking – has been here for two weeks as a guest chef, cooking up limited-time specials such as Beef Rib-eye Jerky, Bourbon Cured Flank Carpaccio and Coriander Rubbed Lamb T-bone. His signatures will remain on the menu until March.
