The noodles were perfectly al dente

I recently had the pleasure of trying the cart noodles at this restaurant and I must say they were incredible. My order consisted of the beef tongue, beef brisket, pork intestine and squid and each one was cooked to perfection. The noodles were perfectly al dente and the broth was rich and flavorful. The meats were all succulent and juicy, adding a great texture to the dish. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. I highly recommend this restaura
