I was craving for a sit down dim sum place for breakfast, sadly this is kind of the only place I could think of in North Point. Chinese chives dumplings were very crispy with loaded chives inside. Not much meat but not guarantee to be vegetarian. Stuffing wasn't oily but the crispy skin was a bit greasy. Acceptable. Sesame matcha pancake was delicious despite serving it cold. Prawn dumplings were served in a mix of fan guos. Huge shrimps with thin wrapping. Burning hot. Fan guo skin was sticky and thick. Loaded topping and tasted very savoury. Strong taste of coriander stuffing. Pretty good combo.
Beef tripe was tender and saucy. Tripe was marinated well and not too chewy. Personally found it too salty and too much sauce. Right amount of spiciness.
Last but not least, it came with the beef rice rolls. Rice roll was in thick wrapping. Disappointedly very little stuffing and not wrap in balance side. Couple bite with plain rice rolls. Pretty disappointed for this dish.
Overall, not bad and not a rush experience.
