Temperatures have dropped to a new low this week, so why not grab a bowl of smoking hot ramen to warm yourself up! At Torihana Tei, their signature has to be the No.1 Premium Chicken Ramen! According to the menu, it says “rich and creamy and full of tastiness with chicken cooked for 10 hours”. Indeed, broth is rich and dense, even a sticky as chicken feet were added to a slow boil, with konbu, ginger and onion. Super flavourful soup! The chicken slices were tender and well seasoned with pepper.

Chef recommends the curvy noodles with egg yolks added, a nicer texture and able to get hold more of the soup. The deep fried lotus root crisp was also a stunner.

Also worth mentioning is the fried chicken with their secret marination, deep fried to a fluffy and crispy surface! Juicy yum!
