Will never visit agin. Crap chocolate and mana cake, bad latte. My boyfriend is an optimist and positivist all the time. But no way, this time he spit the food out even he just tried a tiny bite. Poor service.. To be competitive with numerous cafes nearby, even when the food is normal and so so, one must provide good & smart service to give the guests a good dining experience. This cafe.. no.. they even didn't know how to handle our dissatisfaction on the cake. $60for a slice of cake is not supe
Poor service.. To be competitive with numerous cafes nearby, even when the food is normal and so so, one must provide good & smart service to give the guests a good dining experience. This cafe.. no.. they even didn't know how to handle our dissatisfaction on the cake. $60for a slice of cake is not super unreasonable at this area, but when you saw that the guest just took a little bite and returned the whole slice, why didn't they consider to offer a voucher (and quite sure the guests won't revisit it again) or even a refund? Does this little gesture help a bit in rescuing the reputation?
