I am a regular guest of Hiro since 2003 and introduced lot of friends there. However this one is disqualified from my list since my lunch on 2May, which was the worst experience I ever have from a sushi restaurant in Hong Kong Island.Awful issues include:- Broken lunch menu that missed one of the four main pages (everyone knows it has only a simple lunch menu with few pages)- long waiting time for more than 30 minutes for a simple sushi set, though there were lot of the chefs working at the coun
Awful issues include:
- Broken lunch menu that missed one of the four main pages (everyone knows it has only a simple lunch menu with few pages)
- long waiting time for more than 30 minutes for a simple sushi set, though there were lot of the chefs working at the counter (meanwhile we were requested to return the table within 60 minutes, how could we manage?)
- the shop suggested us to pack and take away the food when we said could not manage. Oh my dear, was Hiro a fast food shop ?
- wrong delivery of other table's dishes.
- poor quality of the fish head soup, too salty & over-done, looked like Chinese hotpot.
Can't understand why the shareholders of Hiro keep expanding without taking care of their main shop quality. Too disappointed !!
