If you are looking for suffers and antipathy, go HOOTERS! It was the 10th day of business operation thus we believe things are smoothed. We arrived at 755pm while the booking was on 8pm. We were told no reservation was made and they have no ideas the waiting time for arranging us a table. We were annoyed by the poor response but as it is difficult to get a table for a bunch of 15 on Friday nite thus we stayed. We got the table at 830pm but it was not fixed until 9pm when the f&b were served. We were told there was not enough plates and cutlery while the worker was still cleaning the utensils. It was hilarious and ridiculous. We felt that they were pushing us to leave around 1015pm. When we asked for the complimentary cake that has been confirmed via email, they said we have to bring our own cake. The complimentary sundae for the birthday boy never shows after 10 mins. We left with disappointment, annoyance and unhappiness.
The whole event is a joke and misfortune especially for a global chain restaurant. We are very sure not going again! If openrice allows negative scoring, we will definite do it.
