The worst service in IFC

The Filipino waitress is very rude. Not willing to clean the table outdoor, though all the culinary is actually their own property. If they don't clean, they should give take away culinary. We asked her to clean, she said somebody will clean. I said there is nobody. Then she said get another clean table rudely!! The time we visited was 4pm which was not busy. How can such a bad service restaurant can survive in IFC.
