Well, this would be my first time to write a review on OpenRice. I had been opened this account for ages but I was too lazy to write any reviews even I had tried many nice restaurants. Thus, I think it is time for me to write some reviews after my sister encouraged me several times. It is just for sharing my experience. No offense. I heard of this restaurant before, my coworker said that is quite good. And I saw their sashimi 's pictures, it made me feel like taking a chance to try it. Maybe I expected too much, frankly speaking, I am a little bit disappointed.

 At the beginning, it was still early, so we can get in quick. The time of delivering food on table was quick. I was starving. Of course, the first thing is sashimi. It was not bad, quite fresh. I like they have Razor Clam(Japanese name:Tsubugai), not many Japanese buffet offers this.  So Chewy. I like it. 
Steaks & Shrimps

 Then, that's Steak, Lamp & Shrimp.
Seriously, I didn't feel like I was eating lamp, there's no flavor of lamp and the flavor of steak was like full of MSG. The texture of shrimp was like eraser. 
Baked Oyster

 The baked oyster was okay. Maybe it was full of mayo.
Baked Mackerel

Tempura

 The cheesy ball and cheesy tofu were good. I like squid. But the squid ball and the shrimp tempura could be much better. The taste was a little bit weird somehow.
Grill Chicken Cartilages

 Grill chicken cartilages are my favorite. However, this one was not that special.
Clams in Sake

 Last but not least, Clams in Sake was insipid.

Overall, there are not so many Japanese buffet in Yuen Long. I really hope Together can improve the quality of food and the service. For this price, I would definitely go other Japanese buffet if it is with this quality.
