canele 6/10 $18 this canele is not good, with the crust a bit chewy and sticky to teeth after cool, and its over baked, quite a lot of bitter, the crust inside is fair, not moist enough, just acceptable egg custard with milk flavor, vanilla seed not seen, the good side is it has a strong taste of rum, but maybe a bit too much. however canele is very hard to bake, and it is only sold 18hkd, can't complain too much.
