Tian Tian hainan chicken! We went to this michelin guide restaurant in Causeway bay, and the place and the vibe is very chill! very pleasantly surprised and looks like a nice place to even just chill in! We ordered their signature hainan chicken with the rice, and its very tender and delicious! its really worth the price! their chicken is also flavorful and its even better when you dip it in their 3 different sauces. We ordered their signature hainan chicken with the rice, and its very tender and delicious! its really worth the price! their chicken is also flavorful and its even better when you dip it in their 3 different sauces.
Then, we also order their beef tenderloin in hot plate. It has the perfect balance of saltiness where its not too bland but also not too salty! definitely a good dish to try, and it also taste good eating it with the oil rice !
We also ordered the oyster pancake. its crunchy and tasty, but not too oily at all! if you like sweet and some spicyness, deep it in their sauce, and you will love it even more!
finally we also ordered their hot michelin milk tea. I love milk tea but this milk tea hs both a strong tea and milk flavor which completes the dinner!
