The food is OK. On the other hand, the guests experience is remarkable and awful. The owner, plus the staff are trying their best to make you annoyed and do not enjoy your lunch. For example, we arrived there today at 12:15PM to have lunch and we were 11 people. The waitress quite annoyed of our early arrival (they just open at 12:00, because the boss seems lazy and do not want to pay more their stuff?), show us the table and request us to sit, by also letting us know that we need to leave at 13
The owner, plus the staff are trying their best to make you annoyed and do not enjoy your lunch.
For example, we arrived there today at 12:15PM to have lunch and we were 11 people. The waitress quite annoyed of our early arrival (they just open at 12:00, because the boss seems lazy and do not want to pay more their stuff?), show us the table and request us to sit, by also letting us know that we need to leave at 13:15, since there is another booking.
To assist them further, we ordered fast (12:25PM, order was over), thus we could enjoy our time with the food and do not have to rush. Burgers mostly was the order and start arriving at the table 20 minutes after that with the plates not full (3 out of 8). The fryer must be REALLY small, or the chef/boss is a great food/project manager, since fries were missing and when the dishes arrived the staff did not even apologize. Is common I guess, since also the bottles of water were empty on the tables they ask us to sit. So, we had to remind the waitress to fill in those for us.
Anyway, the most annoying part of the lunch, started when they start (5 minutes after the dishes arrived) come to the table to examine/investigate if some of the small salad dishes were empty, along with the small fries’ trays/dishes so they could start picking stuff. Imagine that, my burger dish comprises of fries, ketchup, salad and the burger. All are gone as soon as they are empty, no matter if you have finished your food or not. Probably for two reasons, 1) the restaurant was already full, thus they run out of plates (THE FEMALE BOSS, except being LAZY is also a very good BUSINESSWOMAN), or simple as that they want to psychologically force you to leave the space!!!!!
To tell you the truth they achieve that 100% and the great example is that they throw you the bill on the table, even if you have not finished your food to rush and get out of there!!!!! We left the restaurant at 13:08PM, not even at 13:15PM!!!!
Again, the food is not disgusting, I mentioned before is OK, but their attitude (purely come from the female boss) is disgusting. Working in this area for the past 4 years, I have seen their behaviour change in a dramatic manner, maybe because the landlord increases the rent so much and the BOSS requires to work harder?
No way she will change her personal life style!!!! Open the restaurant at 12:00 and who gives a f_k!!! The CHEF can have 5 minutes of prep and the waiters if they are late at work, when they shop is open they can start running around like losers.
DO NOT GO THERE DURING LUNCH TIME!!!!!!
Lazy boss = lazy staff
Staff = Bad attitude
Food=OK
P.S: TRY THE The Big Bite Flame Grill restaurant. The food is better and the services with higher standards.
