Tried the new Tom Yum Tonkotsu Ramen which were previously launched in Singapore's Ippudo joints last year.The broth had a good prawn taste to it as well as Tom Yum Soup base but it was spicier than expected.I would have enjoyed it more if it was the thin Hakata noodles because I just don't like these thick yellow noodles that don't absorb the broth.
