We went for dinner buffet on 17 May, it attract me with the spl price promotion from newspaper for $188 + $29.8 (svc chrg base on ori price). We arrived on 7.10pm, with 5-6 tables occupied. 1. My auntie approach sashimi table asking for sashimi politely but the server give no reply to her. 2. Another auntie approach the counter later and ask whether they hv 剑鱼sashimi, reply from the server in a black face with rude tone, "NO".3. We ask the waiter why those oyster in the cold dish bar are so smal

3. We ask the waiter why those oyster in the cold dish bar are so small and not fresh, they give a very "professional" answer..."Hv you ever tried the XXX oyster? It is even much smaller. Sounds like you are so stupid of knowing nothing about different oyster type.
4. Ask after dinner tea/coffee at 8.45pm, we mentioned we are still having hot dish and not ready to order drinks. The waiter insist to take everyone's order even the buffet won't be end until 9.30pm.
5. No one announce last round buffet order, thus, no dessert & fruit refill, no server attend in the noodle counter and sashimi counter after 9pm.
6. Noodle counter server dropped some raw meat on the marble table, he pick up the meat and put in back to the soup to boil and assume no one can see him doing this. He forgot what is hygiene...
