Went there w my family. We requested to sit in the private room. Minimum spending $3000, not too expensive for 6 of us to enjoy that nice ocean view. I'm an oyster fan, o was very pleased to choose my oysters at the bar with knowledgable staff to explain each. Kumomuto- I've always loved the intensity of it, met my expectation and moreTasmania bay - my new found love... Juicy and flavor explosionChateau ( I can't remember that name) was a little under average. It felt like I opened a nice bott

It felt like I opened a nice bottle of vintage and found supermarket wineA little disappointment from the wait staff: a bug literally jumped out my uncle's platter and his answer was only "fresh oyster may sometimes have bugs, it indicates it's freshness " ok, fine, but I would expect a little apology from a Sherton restaurant!!! Took out 2 of the 5 stars I've given this experience.
