the apples they used was fresh ones,then diced into cubes and added into the $36 huge bread.however, cooking apples are actually crisp and acidic,which makes the cooking time very important,because it straightly affects the bread,as this one i bought this time,i thought the bread was not nicely done.the ingredients were in a large amount you see,but all too wet and acidic that,the bread texture was too dense,and not as easy swallow than usual.also, it's too wet and stick on my hand during my din

also, it's too wet and stick on my hand during my dinner,
and so it makes me difficult to finish my dinner,
spending much more time to. hope that they realise this point and improve,
maybe the raisin were also soaked too much wine i think.
