Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui are great Japan food enclaves outside Japan.We were happy to have tried Sushi Ta-ke on Hoi Ping Road . The interior is authentically Japanese , elegant & quiet . We normally choose the sushi counter in order to admire the sushi chef at work and this round we were definitely not disappointed .Husband went for a sushi set , but the chef made no compromise on quality & delivered pieces of extremely fresh fish. Sushi Ta-Ke even reminded me of Tokyo's Jiro.
