I recently came back from Japan and was yearning for decent Japanese 'femily restauant' style cuisine. I ordered demi-glace sauce hamburg with garlic toasts. When the dish arrived, I saw a hamburg literally swimming in the pool of watery browny soup. It took some effort to figure out that soups's actually demi-glace sause, which is a VERY RICH sause. When the dish arrived, I saw a hamburg literally swimming in the pool of watery browny soup. It took some effort to figure out that soups's actually demi-glace sause, which is a VERY RICH sause. Not only the sause, but the hamburg per se disappointed me. The hamburg was not grilled well and it looked whittish. the chef must have mistaken flour and meat. When I chewed the hamburg, I could feel the powdery and gooey flower which was very disgusting. I used to love UCC but I believe I will never dare to come back again, at least to this particular Shatin branch. The worst part was that I have invited my parents to this nightmare! 

题外话/补充资料： Never order hamburg especially the demi-glace sauce one.
