I had a totally horrible lunch experience at Outback Telford Plaza outlet on 31 Jan 2022. I have ordered a fillet mignon medium well. I have reiterated it to ensure your waitress has taken the order accurately. Unfortunately once I cut it, the fillet mignon was more raw than medium rare. Unfortunately once I cut it, the fillet mignon was more raw than medium rare. I have asked your waitress to take this away and make a medium well as per my initial order. After almost 30 minutes which I have chased for a few times, the waitress finally presented the redo dish. I was overwhelmingly pissed off, it was purely and obviously re-cooked of the last one for sure because that slice I cut was still there.
The dish costs about $248+10%, serving it re-cooked after a prolonged period is way far beyond acceptance. That re-cooked fillet mignon surface was seriously over cooked and part of the inside is clearly well done. While I hesitating, I still attempt to have it but it tastes awfully overcooked and over-burnt.
Out of a sudden, another waiter rushed over and rudely asked to take it away if I don’t want it. For the reputation and market positioning of Outback that widely recognized since long time ago, all of those tragically disgusting experience is completely unanticipated. Worst than a budget fastfood shop.
