Lung dim sum try to recreate traditional dim sum with new style. Most of the dim sum are base on the transitional recipes however each of their dim sum will be slightly different from the original. My personal favourite is lung dumpling platter. There are four shrimp dumplings with different special ingredients. They are all perfect matched. One of the them is combined with truffle which is really special in similar dim sum restaurants.One small problem is there are not much drink options, only
