I intended to bring my wife for an Italian dinner and after some research, I decided upon La Taverna. It was the first Italian restaurant in Hong Kong and their traditional décor interested me. Involtini di pollo - Chicken was very tasty and smooth, with black truffle sauce provided to enhance the taste. Grilled Portobello mushroom was juicy and chewy.
Tiramisu - This was the first time I seen tiramisu being presented this way. Cream was extremely soft and tiramisu was soft and smooth, with very strong coffee taste.
