My tea time alone in this late afternoon in this cozy place Lucky me immediately got a seat in this busy shop so i decided to treat myself a piece of cake, plus a glass of white wine. Religieuse Pistache -- cutie little puff with a bit green frost on top look like some grass on rock very soft puff with air and room inside, so every bite is spongy not too sweet for the puff itself, so this will be right to serve with the sweet cream inside. Green cream should be a blend of pistachio and almond, very sweety lovely creamy thing that filled my mouth cavity, and i let it slowly flow down to reach my stomach. What an enjoyment!!!
The white wine was Mussel Blue, very fruity wine that i think most girl would love!
Nothing would be better than to spend my hour here, with treat in my mouth, an inspiring book on hand, and see the sky eventually from light blue to dark.
