约咗好耐冇见嘅朋友出嚟见面拣左黎呢度食星期六十二点几嚟到，都满咗九成，好彩仲有一个卡位menu全英文，但都有好多材料嘅description，亦都有图片四个人叫四个餐，egg royale(pouched egg, salmon, english muffin with hollandaise sauce, sided with potatoes), beef and cheese skillet, banana pancake with full breakfast(bacon, potato), Pandan waffle with honey, pistachio, almond and raisins, sided with Apollo vanilla ice cream等咗一阵就嚟lu~先来egg royalepouched egg太硬，蛋黄亦唔够流心，texture有点儿老...反而salmon几好味，味道好出，盖过晒蛋嘅味sauce嘅味道亦唔太出，有点失望薯仔几好，薯味够，脆脆地，带少少咸香beef and cheese skillet亦都有好多薯粒牛肉粒好"鞋"，韧韧

等咗一阵就嚟lu~先来egg royale
pouched egg太硬，蛋黄亦唔够流心，texture有点儿老...反而salmon几好味，味道好出，盖过晒蛋嘅味sauce嘅味道亦唔太出，有点失望薯仔几好，薯味够，脆脆地，带少少咸香
beef and cheese skillet亦都有好多薯粒牛肉粒好"鞋"，韧韧地，但都有牛味
可能系因为skillet嘅热力，令到蛋比eggs royale嘅老好好好多...
觉得冇乜特别
banana pancake with full breakfast嘅pancake好好味pancake本身嘅香蕉味够香甜，口感软绵绵唔错唔错但bacon就炸?煎?到冇晒水份，无晒烟肉味，得个脆字，虽然系好american嘅煮法，不过我一向都唔明白点解american钟意咁样食@@"
pandan waffle,本身想要green tea ice cream,落单嘅时候waitress话ice cream可能会盖过班兰嘅味道，建议我哋拣vanilla或者coconut, 最尾拣咗vanilla其实个waffle嘅班兰味唔够，可以话冇乜味，即使系vanilla都可以轻易抢咗佢嘅味道...
waffle本身几好食嘅，脆脆地，够moist and fluffy，只系突出唔到斑兰嘅味道
雪糕无乜好讲，标准嘅apollo
环境ok啦，我哋坐嘅位比较入，所以有啲暗
系度倾咗好耐计都无人催只系后来真系太多人系出面等先好有礼貌咁同我哋讲，好好
朋友话呢度食嘅嘢同佢系美国食嘅一模一样，好『正宗』
不过味道都普通，试过就够
