一风堂is my favourite ramen before , I try them when their first time come to HK in TST. I still remember I take around almost 2hr for that ramen. However there have too many famous Japanese Ramen come to Hk for these 2years. That why not too many people to line up here already. I order 赤丸ramen this time. The soup is good not too salty and the ramen still can keep the quality ! Nice experience
