Dinner at this old school Japanese restaurant - Sen Pachi 城八located in TST❤️❤️Normally don’t like to dine in Kowloon area especially for Japanese cuisine but apparently this place has became one of my favourite restaurants in Kowloon😋This was opened by Kenjo’s ( one of the oldest omakase chef in HK) student. The restaurant offers dinner omakase at ard $1200, chef will pick and serve the fresh ingredients of the day, we ordered so much extra items tho🙈Some of the highlights for the night:比目鱼薄切 Hir

比目鱼薄切 Hirame- so chewy, love the texture 😋
鳗鱼寿司 Eel sushi- warm eel covered with sweeten soy sauce
马粪海胆 Sea Urchin- fresh & sweet👍
北寄贝Surf clams sashimi- love clams sashimi as always
金目鲷 Kinmedai
蛋Tamago
炸鸡 Fried chicken- surprisingly good!! Encored this
拖罗卷Toro roll- personally prefer this than the minced toro roll 😋
