I am not really keen on uji matcha but tried it because it was a danish.It was interesting to see how a matcha danish would taste because you normally get fruit ones.The matcha taste was light and there was some green paste in the middle which was starchy and sweet.It seems that the labelling is a bit buggered up because the description is the same for the lemon and uji matcha danish.
