We had the tasting menu hoping to try most of their pasta dishes. To start with, the beef tartare was on the salty side. We almost could not finish it off without the bread. For pastas, we ordered the pappardelle, ravioli carbonara and tagliolini. We waited patiently what they got to offer. The pappardelle tasted fine. We knew that pecorino cheese is rather strong and salty but did not expect it to be unbearably salty. Flavours were not well balanced with the mild ricotta cheese at all. You can
