came for a casual dinner. Saw "tomato and egg rice" 茄蛋饭 and thought it would be very straightforward. When this came I was shocked. Yes, there was some scrambled egg, and a few slices of tomato, but the whole plate was covered in ketchup. I have never had anything cooked so badly... I think anyone can cook better than this, and they want $50...
