Ordered 4 steamed dimsums. 3 of them except for the xiaolongbao were undercooked. I'm not talking about pinkish meat but bright red meat (the beef balls were grayish red) that was served only slightly warm. Told the staff and they steamed new ones for us. The dimsum quality was okay in general but serving guests undercooked food is totally unacceptable.Xiaolongbao Undercooked Dishes:Returned and got the well cooked version:
