I got the Wagyu Beef Dry Noodles and added $28 (which is only a $4 discount from the original price of $33) for a drink upgrade to a Brown Sugar Pearl Soya Bean. I decided to get the dry noodle thinking it should be good since the restaurant has dry noodles in its name. You can get a free serving of extra noodles which they kindly offered but I said no because usually I can’t eat that much anyway. However, once the food arrived, I understand why they offer extra noodles. The portion is definitely on the smaller side, but it was ok for me. I liked the chewy texture of the noodles but the taste of the sauce was very underwhelming and just seemed to be missing an extra something. It’s just a little bit bland. The drink was similarly disappointing, even after mixing everything, I couldn’t really taste the black sugar or the soy bean apart from the first few sips when I got a lot of the black sugar coated pearls.
The bill came to $117 including service charge. For such an underwhelming experience, this was way too expensive. Disappointed!
