The first time I visited Blue Brick Bistro, I fell in love with their cake rolls. When I heard that they now have an all-you-can-eat appetiser and dessert buffet, I jumped at the chance to try it. Despite not having an extensive choice of appetisers and desserts, it was still more than enough, and all my favourites were present. For appetisers, we had the Cheese and Ham Platter, Fish Finger Stuffed with Cheese, Stuffed Chicken Wings, Spicy Chicken Popcorn and the Purple Sweet Potato Hash Brown. My personal favourite was the Spicy Chicken Popcorn because the chicken was soft and tender, and contrasted nicely with the crunchiness of the batter. I also really liked the stuffed chicken wings, which were filled with creamy mushroom and cheese. It was very fragrant and flavourful!
In terms of dessert, as previously mentioned, we ordered one of everything. My favourites remained the original cake roll and the matcha cake roll, which were super fluffy and creamy. As always, blue brick bistro remains one of my favourite restaurants for desserts!
