Will certainly black list this restaurant and NEVER go again. I have called them 3 weeks in advance to make reservation for mini party for 60 people. It was meant to be a playdate for my son and his classmates. I got verbal confirmation on availability. They said they would send me whatsapp message to inform me on payment of deposit. I have called again on 3 consecutive days following that to update them on our head-counts and asked if they can send me the details on payment of deposit as I want
I have called them 3 weeks in advance to make reservation for mini party for 60 people. It was meant to be a playdate for my son and his classmates. I got verbal confirmation on availability. They said they would send me whatsapp message to inform me on payment of deposit. I have called again on 3 consecutive days following that to update them on our head-counts and asked if they can send me the details on payment of deposit as I want to settle that as soon as possible l. All the staff answering my calls could readily locate my reservation and reassured me that everything was okay. They said they would send me whatsapp messages soon. Yet, I got no reply what so ever on that. I called again a week after my very first call to make sure everything was okay. Then the manager called me 2 weeks before my mini party, saying that they will no longer be available as someone else had made a block booking of the whole restaurant. I tried to argue with them but the manager said someone else had paid the deposit today and they could do nothing about it. This is totally unacceptable. I failed to find an alternative with such a short notice and we had to cancel our party!
My friends, my family and I will NEVER visit this restaurant again because of this horrible experience.
