Unrivaled horrible service

The website claimed it opens at 10:30 so I made a reservation for that time. When we arrived punctually arrived @ 10:30. We were told that they opened @ 11:00. The waitress was VERY rude and said even if we went in, there was no one in the kitchen to cook. We expected the waitress to be more courteous & at least offered us to sit & wait inside instead of pulling a long face. At the end, we left & vowed never to visit this place ever again. Extremely poor attitude!
