Been passed Oolaa a few times and it was crowded all the time. Thought it would be a nice restaurant so I decided to give it a try. Went on a brunch with friends today and it did not go well.The food itself is fine. However, I was not impressed with the whole attitude thing. Not only keep urging to place order and the staffs are quite rude (literally all of them, including the manager-like guy). Taking things on the desk without asking,ie the drawing pen. The food itself is fine. However, I was not impressed with the whole attitude thing. Not only keep urging to place order and the staffs are quite rude (literally all of them, including the manager-like guy). Taking things on the desk without asking,ie the drawing pen. THANK YOU for letting me know u are aware that I hadn't touch my dish for awhile so u decided to take it. The manager -guy was trying to be fun and cool but not really. Even at the end of the brunch, I asked him," are you trying to kick us out ?” and he said yes. Feel offended.
I don't feel welcomed to this restaurant AT ALL. The impression they gave me is to eat and go. Don't bother staying for a bit of chitchat. They show it very CLEAR. I would never go to this restaurant again. Terribly disappointed.
Another thing needs to mention, they expect you go after finished your meal and would tell you when u are being seated. What a welcoming atmosphere!
