Chee Kei is famous for their wonton noodles. But their food truck focuses on other Cantonese dishes (rice bowls, Cantonese delicacies such as wontons and fish balls, Chinese herbal tea). I asked the staff why they won't have noodles, and it's because traditional wonton noodles require a large amount of hot water and electricity (过冷河). A different type of noodle would be a different story. Anyway - even though they didn't have noodles they had some of the highlights from the stores. Pork tendon/b
