1. Egg sandwich 豉椒葱花蛋三明治: fluffy egg omelette with spring onion sandwiched between crispy toasts which have a spread made with fermented beans. Couldn’t really taste the bean taste but the egg sandwich is delicious. Definitely order this.2. Spam sandwich 云朵餐肉蛋多士 egg white is whipped, egg yolk cooked sous vide served on spam paste and crispy ciabatta. Very clever presentation, but tbh not my favourite as I am not into spam….
