My friends & I went up to the peak on last Sunday, we noticed that there is a new Tsui Wah Restaurant with attracted design. What is great about the restaurant is the balcony area, tables set ourdoor that we thought is fantastic for us and our pets to have lunch here. However, I am writting to make a complaint about your staff with bad service attitude that really upset all of us. My friends & I went up to the peak on last Sunday, we noticed that there is a new Tsui Wah Restaurant with attracted design.
What is great about the restaurant is the balcony area, tables set ourdoor that we thought is fantastic for us and our pets to have lunch here.
However, I am writting to make a complaint about your staff with bad service attitude that really upset all of us. The table setting out is in great design with excellent circulation that we thought an ourdoor zone is allowed for dogs. From this we do not expect being treated with such attitude from your staff which was really ungrateful.
As a few of your staff who were serving outdoor tables were calling help when they walked pass the area. Moaned: Help, Help! Another staff said: Why are there so many dogs? Another staff said: Can you ask your dog to move out of my way? (Note that there are plenty of space at the other side of the table)
If the restaurant is no dogs allowed, please state out clear with posted sign for all customers; if not I would suggest you to give a proper warning to your staff who needs to serve at your restaurant at the peak, otherwise their attitute would definitely upset a lot of pets' owner.
