BEP Vietnamese Kitchen 越灶 (已結業)

I've been looking for delicious pho for quite a long time in Hong Kong and finally i got it in BEP. The soup is sweet, and very fresh, with all you can add herbs and sprouts and a whole lime cut into 2 half. Not expecting too much on the quality of the beef, both the quality and quantity satisfied me, not overcooked with an acceptable little chewy texture.
