At the cake shop, they have a lovely pink cake for Valentines.It is a pretty pink cushion with a huge diamond sitting on a strip of pretty lace.Every part of it is edible and the diamond is made of chocolate covered in edible pearlescent coating.I was really impressed with this cake because it tasted light and not too sweet made with berry mousse and a layer of cake in the middle.(unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the middle because it was so delicious that I ate it all)
