为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

All the branches have guarantee quality of food for a very reasonable price. The most famous dish here is the beijing roasted duck which offers you 3 dishes . 1) The crispy duck skin wrapped in slices of flat bread 2) duck soup3) minced duck meat wrapped in lettuce Another dish that we ordered is the 水煮鱼, the restaurant offers a boneless (fish fillet)version of it and is my favourite dish.Recommend this restaurant for gatherings.
